2012 wlll soon be upon us. With the coming of the new year we traditionally reflect on the year past and what we can do to make the new one a better one. Of course health and happiness come to mind. With that are better choices to be made. Day to day choices of what is best for our bodies and our minds must be learned and repeated so they become easier and easier to maintain. Eat your greens, drink your water, go for a walk, it's that simple. Avoid processed and fast foods. You are worth the effort. If you need help, reach out to those with more expertise in these areas.
