 I have read countless articles on the styles and brand of training shoes. From minimalist to increased cushion, from curve last to straight lasts. But the only two factors that in my opinion that reduce injuries are; Shoes need to be replaced 3 times a year(or more often if you run overdistance). And the shoes need to fit properly regardless of the brand, price and features.  All the best Dr. D
