1-Dehydration-Our body is made of 70% water. Whenever I see someone suffering from bilateral muscle pain, headaches, constipation, stiff joints and muscle aches and frequent urinary tract infections, I question if they're drinking enough water 1 small bottle/day Is not enough
2-Poor protein intake. The body cannibalizes itself and feeds on its own muscles
3-Wearing old or worn footwear especially training
Shoes lose their ability to absorb shock and abnormal forces will be transmitted to the foot, ankle, shin, knee, hip, and back and even shoulder
4-Lacking resistance training- muscles are necessary for locomotion, balance. avoiding muscle degeneration, slowing the rate of osteoporosis, avoiding falls and slowing the aging process. Walking and running are not enough. resistance training can be done with weights, body weight and bands.
5-Not enough rest and recovery from training. We need to rest daily, weekly and annually
Rest is the time that the body recovers
6-Sitting too much.
They say sitting is the new smoking. Many of us spend too much time behind electronic devices. Sitting too much can contribute to obesity and problems to the heart, digestion, cognition. circulation and mobility. On a structural level we see tight and week hips
