LOCATION

Our office is centrally located at 1201 Avenue J, on the corner of East 12th Street in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. We are conveniently accessible by subway ( the Q ) and are within short walking distance from the Avenue J station. The B6, B11, B68 bus stop is one block from our office.

Insurance and Billing

We participate with Traditional Medicare (Red, White and Blue card).

We treat PSAL athletes who qualify for coverage.
