Exercise and Good Health

We are all disappointed on the decline of participation in physical activity in the entire population. Some parents believe that time spent training on a team can interfere with their child’s academic work. Current research negates those parents’ assumptions. Exercise enhances cognition in young subjects and reduces cognition decay in the aging population. It improves mood and decrease depression. Most important, time spent participating in physical activity is beneficial and does not detract from scholastic performance and improves one general health.

Encourage our youth to join sports, to exercise, to move. It's good for them in ever way!
