SUMMER PRECAUTIONS

it's here and it has been really hot. Hotter months are more common now along with poor air quality as a result of chronic fires. Be kind to your self. Keep hydrated. That means water. If the air quality is poor or unhealthy, stay indoors, If you must go out , wear an N95 . Poor air has increased particulate particles that can permanently harm your lungs. Keep an eye on air quality reports. If you have poor health, suffer with asthma or other heart and/or lung issues take heed . Call your doctor if you have questions. Stay safe and stay well.
