We all love bread. We humans have been eating it for centuries. But something has happened in the past several decades.  Chemicals have been added that we don't need and should not be consuming. Potassium Bromate has been added  Why to alter the dough, make it stronger, whatever that means! it's been discovered to be a possible carcinogen and has been banned in several countries except here. Our advice, read the label, if it has it , don't eat it!  But then eating bread is something we need to look at and decide whether we should stop eating it time
