Eating Fish Protects Your Heart

Adults pay attention. Today we want you to know that eating fish is good for your heart. Once or twice a week can reduce your risk of heart attack death by one third or more. Bake it. Broil it. Don’t fry it. It’s the omega 3 fatty acid’s that are helpful. Small fish are better than large fish which have more mercury. The benefits to your heart outweigh the risks. Pregnant women and children must be careful about fish intake because they are more susceptible to contaminants. But for the rest, eat your fish and make it a great day!
