We've talked about what is health. Let' s start with food. You've heard the saying , "you are what you eat". It is so true. The choices you make about what to eat are crucial to supporting good health. Fresh foods, live whole foods are best. What walks, swims or grows from the earth is a good way to begin. Avoid processed foods, avoid foods in a box or a bag. In our house we 've always had a rule with our kids, " You have to eat something green!" Pink Floyd sang , " If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding!" We say in our home, " Eat something green!" Start with that rule and you can't go wrong. Make it a great day!
