Spring is around the corner. Soon we will be able to put away those hats and gloves although this winter here in NY was a mild one. Time to get the walking shoes on and go for a walk! make sure to keep moving. If you are at work and sit a lot, get up every half hour and take a short walk even it's to the water cooler and back.
